The West Boise YMCA and Boise City Aquatic Center's 50-meter pool is undergoing necessary repairs. Officials are working on the improvements, and they expect the pool to reopen by mid to late August. A specific reopening date has not been set yet.

In the meantime, the hot tub, kiddie pool, and warm-water pool remain open. Members and the public are encouraged to visit the aquatic centers at other Treasure Valley YMCA locations, including the Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA, Downtown Boise YMCA, and Caldwell YMCA. Officials said they will provide additional updates as they get closer to a confirmed reopening date.
