**Nampa Seeks Community Members to Join City Boards and Commissions**

The City of Nampa is currently inviting applicants to fill vacancies on various boards and commissions. Mayor Debbie Kling is encouraging passionate community members to apply and contribute to shaping the future of Nampa. Individuals appointed by Mayor Kling will require confirmation by the Nampa City Council before starting their term of service.

Available opportunities include:

- **Arts & Historic Preservation Commission:** 3 openings, 5-year term.

- **Board of Appraisers:** 1 opening, 4-year term.

- **Building & Fire Code Board of Appeals:** 1 opening, 2-year term.

- **Nampa Development Corporation:** 1 opening, to complete a term ending September 30, 2028.

To apply, interested individuals must complete an application form available at [cityofnampa.us/serve](https://www.cityofnampa.us/serve). Applicants are asked to submit a letter of interest detailing their reasons for serving to the Mayor’s Office via email at **mayor@cityofnampa.us**, or deliver it directly to Nampa City Hall at 411 3rd Street South, Nampa, Idaho 83651.

The deadline for submitting applications is **February 23, 2025**.
