During the sessions, participants can search for job listings using IdahoWorks and learn about in-demand careers through JobScape. Other walk-in services include filing for unemployment insurance benefits, filing a wage claim, getting help with online job applications, and consulting with career planners.

For those seeking appointment services, options include adult and youth education and training programs, Trade Act Assistance, veterans services, farmworker services, resume help, mock interviews, and Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA). Some services have income and eligibility requirements.
